The Secret of Detox Ginger Lemonade

You know I have been a long time lover of infused water and detox drinks that can help with bloating, provide nutrients, AND provide a little bit of flavor to your plain ‘ol water.

This Ginger Lemonade Detox Drink is one of my current favorites! I have been loving the spicy-ness from the ginger and it reminds me of fresh summer-time lemonade. YUM!


Benefits of Detox Ginger Lemonade 

♥︎ Lemons not only aid in digestion and detoxification. The antioxidants found in vitamin C fight damage caused by free radicals, AND boost collagen production to keep your skin looking beautiful.

♥︎ Ginger is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. It has has been known to help with digestive health, nausea and illness.

♥︎ Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural source of calcium, magnesium and potassium, as well as beneficial bacteria and acids to help keep your stomach happy and healthy.

♥︎ Raw honey has tons of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes that makes it packed with nutrients. It may even help to alleviate seasonal allergies too!

  1. 2 cups filtered water
  2. juice from 1/2 lemon
  3. 2-3 tablespoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoons raw honey
  5. 1 inch knob of ginger, sliced
  1. Shake everything up in a mason jar, and sip throughout the day.
